Stylish & Modern Home, Central Newquay w/parking

Great location, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and amazing views.

Keysafe at front door was easy to use

Ground floor shower kept blocking up so wasn't usable as such. No toilet on 1st floor. Heating didn't work until we found the problem. Cat pooping in garden. Kitchen was looking tired and repainting was needed on stairs.

Everything about the property was great. The location is very close the centre of Newquay, but out of the hustle and bustle so very quiet. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and is light and airy throughout and is spotless. The main bedroom is without a doubt the best room in the house for the amazing view over Newquay and sea view! The garden area is also a lovely space to relax as it’s very sheltered, and securely fenced so dogs can enjoy it safely too. The parking is a great addition, though can be a little bit tight depending where other people have parked on the road (we had a big Boxer van but still managed!)

Close proximity to town and beach, nice view from top bedroom, clean, modern and comfortable, parking a huge bonus

Nothing just a few extra bin bags and loo roll…Coffee machine was mouldy as coffee left in filter for some time

Location of the house , perfect with a young family and nanny in tow . Very close to beaches and town centre and also bus station to jump on buses to sight see . House was amazing , clean had all what you needed and nice garden to chill in . It also has parking so that’s an added bonus to the house. Hosts were amazing sent list of things to see and places to eat. Kept in touch during the stay :) very happy with the house and would highly recommend. We will defo return :)

Everything! The house had all you needed, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was amazing to use, the back garden was lovely and the overall vibe was perfect!

Well presented property in a great location. Very comfortable beds and great having 2 bathrooms. Most home comforts provided. Close to supermarket (walking distance) and parking for our car. Great communication throughout.

Very minor - could have done with a manual for things like how to work the induction cooker, instructions for how to lock front door from inside - was a bit tricky but we worked it out.
