Location!! Very central to everything. Walkable to the train station if you plan ahead. Wonderful 360 views of the city center. Very unique apartment and very marvelous.

So many stairs. Shower drains a little slowly.

En descripción salia que tenia 2 baños Y solo tenia uno con ducha abajo y en la escalera había un pequeño baño solo con wc y vanitorio con cortina y sin luz . Imaginar que éramos 3 . 2 mujeres y un hombre y por eso tomamos el depto . Por otro lado al llegar no habian hecho el sofa cama . Las toallas eran rojas , viejas y de mala calidad . Lo mismo las sabanas de colores y viejas . Y las almohadas no estaban en buenas condiciones .

The views over Bologna were excellent.

The stairs are appalling and positively dangerous. There are about 35 uneven, stone stairs between the kitchen and bathroom and the bedroom. The elevator goes up three floors, then there are a sizable number of stairs up which to drag suitcases. About 25 I would guess as I didn’t count these. Once inside the apartment,, there are another 35 stairs to haul luggage up to the bedroom. The cleanliness was marginal, the kitchen was very poorly equipped - for instance, there were no forks, nothing that could serve as a salad bowl and nothing in which to bake a tomato or a potato in the oven. I couldn’t get the stove top to work and I had virtually no contact with the owners to ask questions such as this. wi-Fi didn’t work the whole time we were there and despite repeatedly contacting the owners by WhatsApp, nothing was done to fix it. The owner asked me if I put in the username/password correctly – that was after I told him/her that I had done it 30 times!! No attempt was made to fix the Wi-Fi nor to contact us in any other way.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in einem alten Palast „Palazzo Bocchi“, mitten in der Altstadt. Die kleine Wohnung befindet sich ganz oben, das Schlafzimmer in einem Turm mit vielen Fenstern mit 360* Rundblick auf die Altstadt von Bologna. Das Inventar ist antik, passend zum Palazzo, sehr stylisch, ein Innendesigner mit Leidenschaft.. Wohn/Küche und Badezimmer auf der unteren Etage mit nur einem kleinem Klappfenster zum Lüften unter den Dachbalken. Es sind viele alte Steinstufen zwischen den beiden Etagen. Nettes Gimmik: kleines WC oben in einer Seitennische im Aufgang, damit man Nachts nicht bis ganz unten laufen muss. Küche hast alles was man für 2 Personen benötigt, incl. Kaffee/Tee, Salz/Zucker/Pfeffer. Marmor Badezimmer mit LED Licht Regendusche, WC/Bidet, Waschmaschine. Heizung/Klimaanlagen/Ventilatoren vorhanden. WLAN. Apartment sieht genauso aus wie in den gezeigten Bilder. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, mittendrin, alles ist in kurzen Wegen direkt zu erreichen. Sehr gute Restaurants und Cafés im direkten Umkreis.

Es gibt nicht Negatives zu berichten, aber einige Infos unsererseits „nice to know“ Das WLAN ist im oberen Stockwerk nicht stabil, je nachdem wo man sich im Zimmer befindet keine Verbindung. Kanalgeruch im Badezimmer, wie sehr oft bei alten Gebäuden in Italien. Ich empfehle bei Ankunft bei allen Abflüssen Wasser laufen zu lassen, danach die Abflüsse zu schließen, dann hört der Geruch schnell auf. Die Regendusche sollte entkalkt werden, da sie in allen Richtungen spritzt. Das Apartment ist nicht für Gehbehinderte Personen geeignet, da es wirklich sehr viele Treppen sind. Wir haben es als unser tägliches Workout genutzt. Apartment selber ist ruhig, Nachbarn hat man nicht gehört, jedoch natürlich die Altstadt am Abend besonders am Wochenende.

Such a beautiful apartment! There are 360 degree views over Bologna and it was beautiful. The bed was super comfy. It was in a really great location. Very quiet. Had responsive hosts.

Minor nitpick - the shower head could do with a bit of a clean as the rain shower went in all sorts of directions.

Wonderfully restored classical property with high quality fixtures and fittings which gives great panache and style . Splendid views across Bologna and beyond.

Great location with access to the main squares and shopping street. The staff was exceptional. Check in and check out were easy. We stayed in December and all the heating units worked great.

WiFi was struggling when upstairs but not a huge problem
