Poor let down and canceled 2 hours before due to arrive

The property was decent cleaned.

It was the most horrible experience till now I have travelled. When we checked in , Toilets heating wasn't working. There was only one electric heater in the living room and one in the bedroom was working. It was freaking cold as it's near the sea side.. No WiFi and no pool, as mentioned in the ad. We have called the owner, and his communication was horrible. Not answering the call, only texting. After I call the booking. Com then he told us no gas heater will work, no WiFi and no pool. The next morning, I called the owner for an additional heater, but there was no response. I called booking.com, and they talked to the owner asking for a refund on my behalf of me. The owner refused to refund and asked us to leave the property within half an hour. Where we could arrange within so short notice with a 10 years old boy with us moreover we were working? He could inform us before we checked in all of these issues, we won't come here in the first place. In the end, we agreed to stay with two additional heater would be provided by the owner, and we thought just let it go. The next morning, the owner suddenly called me and asked, "Did you leave the property?" I was shocked and said no, we are still here. He then told me that you were staying and why you asked for a refund. I said no, it was most probably previous conversations. After he cut the line, I had a text from him exactly " If yoh didn't want to stay you should have just left yesterday like I wanted you too. If you can't affford to stay somewhere don't book it then try and get a refund it's a joke." Our holiday was literally ruined. Great damn experience! This is not about refunds anymore. This person needs to learn how to respect and communicate with people. The reason I went into too many details was that people need to be careful prior to book this property, shouldn't ruin the holidays.

Location was nice and so was the view. Quite a quiet location.

Caravan was very cold due to central heating not working and host stipulating only one (of the two) electric heaters can eb operated at any time. Host stated tea, coffee, sugar would be there for us to use - but there was none. only 2 towel's left for 4 people.

They need to change the stairs the bottom one is wonky and you need rails

The quiet area.

The steps leading up to the caravan were broken, my 3 year old daughter fell off the broken step and cut her leg open. The caravan had sewage smell inside every time you ran the water. We was told there was tea, coffee and sugar supplied which there wasn’t. The drawers in the kitchen were broken.
