Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, mieszkanie jest duże i przestronne, co na pewno jest dużym plusem.

Niestety, pojawiły się też minusy – w mieszkaniu były karaluchy i ogólnie było trochę brudno. Dodatkowo właściciel reaguje nerwowo – wypisuje od razu, gdy tylko więcej osób rozmawia, bo uważa, że jest za głośno, co nie sprzyja komfortowemu pobytowi.

I liked the location, very close to the promenade and all kinds of shops. The house is big, comfortable for a larger company. Fast communication with the host.

Hygiene needs improvement. The bathroom lacked basic amenities such as shower gel and shampoo. In one of the bedrooms, the bed sheet was not removed, when we reported it, we were told to look for another sheet in the wardrobe. We couldn't find one and had to wash it ourselves. One of the bedrooms, which has two single beds, is very small. And what shocked us the most, on the terrace and in one of the bedrooms, which are on the first floor, we also killed two cockroaches.

We were a group of 11 and the place worked well for us. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable overall. Good for a group stay, and communication with the host was easy.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The sheets were dirty and extremely wrinkled, as if someone had slept in them just before our arrival. It gave us the impression that the place hadn’t been properly prepared for new guests.

The photo of the key safe was incorrect and we couldn't open easily. I phoned the contact and there was no answer. The cleaning was very poor. The sofa was small and you could fit 3 comfortably and 4 at a push. 10 people can stay in the property yet there were 5 dinner plates. One of our group had dinner across 2 small plates. We couldn't use the toaster as there was melted cheese inside. The large balcony off of the main bedroom faces buildings and it wasn't pleasant. There wasn't an instruction manual for the TV etc ...

The apartment was clean and ALL the necessary things were there. We were shocked because the pictures don't show how big is this villa actually! Very close to public transport, shops, restaurants, ferries, and beaches. Neighbors were friendly and sweet. Understanding, nice, and helpful owner, contact with him was easy and quick. He even came at 12 p.m. to give us the keys when we locked them inside! Also, the price for the stay is a veery good deal. So we recommend it for sure!

Everything was perfect

Perfect location! Super helpfull owner, there was no problems with communication. Vila has everything you need, so you can feel like at home but with some Maltese twist! Without any doubt I would recomend this Vila for other travellers, especialy for biger groups or family.

There is no luggage drop facility so incase anyone coming earlier owner doesn’t allow. There was no clear instructions were provided how to get the room keys from the lockers. Wrong photos were sent.. there are two entrances I had hard time to find the correct me and my family and friends had to struggle for more than 1 hour . TV remote was missing , even after contacting owner no help was sent to get the remote so for 2 nights no watching TV. We did a normal check out as any one do and they have cleaner to do the cleaning, still we did cleaned up the used utensil’s and put the garbage in the bin and still owner is imposing me to pay 30 euro for cleaning so be ware you will have to charge extra

Great location close to all tourist attractions. Well connected with the rest of the island. The property is very nice and well equipped.

an ideal location, close to the Promenade and the ferry to Valleta which costs only €3 two ways. A good location to be able to visit all the tourist sights in Malta.
