Ampio monolocale ben curato e tenuto benissimo. Tutto moderno. Bel bagno con doccia comodissima. Letto matrimoniale sul quale abbiamo dormito molto bene. Apprezzato Sky sul TV. Posizionato vicino alla minimetrò per poter arrivare in centro. Esperienza positiva che ripeteremmo.

Niente. Unico suggerimento qualcosa in più nella cucina nel caso si volesse cucinare in appartamento ( ad esempio mancano dei semplici strofinacci da cucina). Inoltre manca un comodino con lampada in uno dei due lati del letto. Ma questo non inficia nella qualità dell'appartamento che è alta.

Good location to visit Perugia, a studio well furnished in a condominium, with balcony, kitchen....all one need. Minimetro, railway station and bus station in 5 minutes walk, together with a supermarket. The area is not touristic but uptown can be easily accessed. Take your time to study ALL the pictures and messages sent by the owner to facilitate the location of the studio

Squeaky bed, shower head - I had problems with setting water temperature, it was either too hot or too cold

It's a nice apartment in a great location (near the central station). All amenities work properly, and the bathroom is modern. The host was very attentive and provided all the support we needed. We had a pleasant stay, and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Bed makes noise when moves on it.
