Very friendly reception, waiting, concierge, and housekeeping staff. It is a commercial/ business hotel rather than a tourist one.

In the Spa, I got more than I bargained for, and I'm happy to leave it that.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Casablanca, where everything exceeded my expectations. The suite was luxurious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully designed for a relaxing experience. What truly set this stay apart was the staff, who were remarkably friendly and dedicated to providing outstanding service, making us feel welcomed and cared for at every moment. While the suite was luxurious, the poor soundproofing was a major downside. We couldn’t sleep at night because the noise from car exhausts outside was so loud it felt as though the windows were open. This lack of sound insulation significantly affected our ability to rest and overshadowed the otherwise excellent service and accommodations.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of different foods. I enjoyed my stay there.

Construction was ongoing in the adjacent building, so I had to keep my windows closed all the time and could not enjoy the cool outside air.
