The location is amazing, right on the beach with a beautiful view over the ocean. The pool is nice and the staff were friendly and helpful if you asked them for anything. The bathroom is also really nice.

The mezzanine level is completely open! Where there should be a window, there's literally nothing. This meant we got tons of mosquitos, lots of sound, and the heat from the outside (It was still warm even with the air con on the lowest setting). I'm a light sleeper and a magnet for mosquitos, so I barely slept. On the other hand my wife is a deep sleeper and the mosquitos were more interested in me, so she slept ok. There was also no housekeeping service during our 2 night stay. The staff were quick and friendly when we asked them to sweep our room and replenish our water, but seems they haven't been well trained. With half the front wall missing, this is more of a premium beach shack than a hotel room. This might be some people's vibe, but the listing should make it clear.

Nicely located directly at the beach with stunning views for sunset and Mount Agung. But be aware that there is not much around.

Service was poorly organized. The staff was not briefed when guests should be ready for the east and west coast tour. The host knocked on our door the first night trying to tell us that we need to get up earlier to catch sunrise at Diamond Beach but we didn’t hear it. So we were too late … West coast tour they told us it is ok to have breakfast and drive there afterwards. However, we were waiting about 15 min for staff to arrive and preparation of breakfast took about 30 min for a pancake and scrambled egg. We ended up in the crowds at Kelingking Beach … For our our departure the driver was late by about 35 minutes which is no go. The service must be improved!!! The water pressure is very weak so that the bath tube takes ages to fill. Also we had to remind the staff twice during our stay for four nights to activate warm water. At our arrival the staff told us the WiFi is not working. But as soon as we showed interest in the tours they offered they suddenly said it is working. Dodgy staff in my opinion.

This villa is located right by the beach, it offers breathtaking ocean views and the sound of waves all day and night. The villa was cozy, well-equipped, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We loved waking up to the sunrise and taking peaceful walks on the beach just steps away. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this place is perfect. We can’t wait to come back!
