La Casa di Zaira

Всичко беше чудесно. Домакина беше изключително мил и ни съобщи с подробности за всичко, което трябваше да знаем, като: плажове, ресторанит, пицарии, барове, посещения на музеи, обекти, разписания на автобуси, лодки, коли под наем и колела. Месотположението е в Стария град на Алгеро. Всичко е много близо, както и пристанището.

Die Wohnung selbst: Ein sehr gutes Bett (nicht zu hart/nicht zu weich) ohne Besucherritze, gut eingerichtete und ausgestattete Küche und auch Bad (Fön, zusätzlicher Handspiegel, Waschmaschine, Bidet...), gute Klimaanlage, bequemes Sofa. Insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt - eine Wohnung mit Herzblut. Die Lage: Einfach mittendrin ohne von grossem abendlichen Gastrogeräuschpegel am Schlaf gehindert zu werden - tolle Altstadtlage Die Kommunikation und Übergabe: Von Anfang an sehr ausführlich und fürsorglich ohne aufdringlich zu sein (WhatsApp). Unkomplizierte und sehr nette Schlüsselübergabe in der Wohnung selbst

Nur als Hinweis für andere Interessenten: die Treppe zur Wohnung ist ziemlich steil und die Stufen sind recht hoch, das könnte für Personen mit Knie- oder Hüftproblemen eine Herausforderung darstellen.

Solo a tener en cuenta que si se va con auto cuesta encontrar parking y que hay que subir escaleras para las personas que tengan movilidad reducida

La Casa di Zaira apartment is based in very comfortable location in old town, close to lots of bars restaurants. Very clean, and with all needed facilities. The host was very accommodating and sended all information weeks before our trip. Would highly recommend this place.

First of all be ready for very steep stairs leading to apartment. Wasn't a problem for us, but maybe if you have small kids, or you are elderly it could be difficult to climb. Other thing if you are a light sleeper, make sure you have ear plugs if you sleeping on the couch. You can hear Upstairs neighbours like they would be next to you. They going to bed 12 at night and waking up around 4 or 5 in the morning. It was horrible.
