This a beautiful building of classical architecture with modern renovation located very near the historical center. Room was small but has all you need for a short stay.

the location was amazing, cleaning ladies were very friendly and helped me with anything! you can leave your bags in the corridor before leaving valencia, which was really handy for me. communication with the host was very quick!

there was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, and the bathroom wasnt as clean as id imagine. the only problem i had was that the walls are extremely thin, so you hear everyone coming in/out of their rooms. but nothing terrible!:)

Location near good restaurants/shops- few tourists - nice people and big kitchen area with coffee tea

My room so small and facing interior but it was quiet. Also the system of getting in difficult- I didn’t know you had to be online and open this way- very weird. So i wasn’t prepared and fortunately the cleaning lady was there to let me into room. when I went to shower and left my door open a bit it was locked and I couldn’t get into my room. I didn’t have management number and so for another tourist to call and get me into room.

Perfect room in utmost central location. Exceptional clean, modern, stylish and with well planned common kitchen, two bathrooms and terrace. Supermarket, bus and good restaurants right around the corner. One really could not ask for more. No TV, but who needs it in a city like Valencia? Love it.

This property is exceptional! The apartment consists of 6 rooms and two large bathrooms. I booked a single room and stayed 18 days. The room was quite small, but I spent most of my time enjoying the outside patio. After traveling for almost 2 months, this was the most exceptionally comfortable bed I slept on during my travels. Also, the sheets were of the highest quality. The cleaners come often and the place is kept immaculate. Right next door is a great coffee shop with yummy croissants. Around the corner is a big grocery store and a meat shop. Also only a few meters away is an organic grocery store. Everything is very close and convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped and well organized with numbered cupboards and numbered fridge space for each room. Dishwasher and lots of dishes. Washer and Dryer are handy and there is soap to wash your clothes and if you like to hang your clothes, there is a rack on the patio. Wifi is excellent too! Loved the high-tech security, once I figured out how it worked: I'll provide instructions below, but I hope the host amends the information that is sent to you via email the day before your arrival.

Upon my arrival, I and other guests had difficulty understanding how to access the apt. At first, it's tricky, but after doing it once you'll understand it. Be sure to have the host's phone number handy in case you need their assistance. The host can electronically open the doors for you. All the locks are associated with the app they send you. Firstly, ignore the instructional video they provide with access information. The video shows a touchpad by the outside door. There isn't a touchpad by the outside door (the only touchpads are on the room doors. Open your app, and toggle the "Outside Door" switch on your phone, wait a few seconds and the door will unlock. Next, note there is a switch on the wall on the right, inside the entry that will light up the dark foyer. Walk to the first level and you will come to the Apartment door on your left. Slide the toggle switch that says "Apartment Door." Note that there is a delay for the electronic lock to release (be patient and it will respond). Next, when you enter and find your assigned room number. You can toggle the switch for your room door. You also have the option to use the code they provide on the touchpad room door.
