"Good"

The location is OK and relatively close to the center of the town. There are three rooms, all with a private bathroom and on the ground floor, with a very well-equipped common kitchen and dining room (all facilities, free tea and coffee). The room and the bathroom are clean. It was easy to find, and the host was waiting for us. There is free parking in the surrounding areas, and you can find a place in most of the cases.

The room was very small. It is on the ground floor and faced the road, it was rather noisy and you could not leave the window open. The price is relatively high for this location and facilities.

Apartment shared with other tenants. Bathroom inside the room which causes moisture in the whole room and the clothes and everything gets wet. Your towels are not changed. It enters without warning the property you have rented. If you accidentally break a glass or a soap dish, get ready for a fine of two hundred and fifty euros from the owner. Curious about your personal life. Very disappointing and we strongly do not recommend this hotel. We were there for nine days.

"Nice place"

Very clean, confortable with nice attentions The couple who manages the guesthouse is very kind. I would recommend it if you plan to visit Como during the day but look for a cheaper place to stay
