La posizione del B&B è davvero strategica: in pochi minuti si raggiunge comodamente il centro. È dotata di parcheggio, un grande vantaggio per chi viaggia in auto. La struttura è pulita, curata e molto accogliente, con un’attenzione ai dettagli che fa la differenza. Sono presenti servizi e piccoli accorgimenti che solitamente non si trovano in tutti i B&B, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La colazione è abbondante e varia, perfetta per iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi. La rete wifi è ottima. Comodissimi i letti, valore aggiunto è la presenza di due bagni.

It was perfect. Very good access from strada provinciale ( SP) and I didn’t have to drive through the centre. But walking distance to the central. Property itself has an excellent location. WiFi connections are excellent. There are all informations near the main TV. Well maintained and immaculate Clean. Jet bath made me relaxing well. Shower water pressure was excellent. There were 2 coffee makers to choose from. A lot of complimentary sweets and drinks. The best is excellent communications. When I contact to Samantha, she was always helpful even not only about her property. She introduced me nice restaurants, searched about driving permits for me. She is like my old friend now. As well as Antonietta and her daughter Rossella were very helpful who live in the same building. They helped me to open the building door and apartment door as well as took me how to use the garage at the first time. These were very easy to use but I couldn’t read the instructions properly. Samantha asked them to go to the restaurants together and I had very nice local foods with them. And walking tour in Gravina. The 007 bridge is unforgettable experience. I can’t speak Italian and they don’t speak English but using Google translate app or sometimes they asked their friends or Antonietta’s son who understand English very well. Everything perfect and this property and Samantha and her friends made me the best memories of my South Italy trip. Thank you so much and I will see you again.

We loved all of it. The apartment was extra large, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. The bathrooms are large and well-appointed. We knew there was washer, but the dryer was a bonus! We're not comfortable with the ViKey Virtual check in, but the host arranged for a property manager to help us access the apartment and set up a way to enter on our own with a barcode.

This was a wonderful place to stay, agree with all the praise it has had on previous reviews. Information given re entry/ exit by Samantha was clear and she answered queries very promptly. The apartment was stylish , functional and very comfortable with an enormous array of kitchen appliances , crockery and utensils.The washer dryer was so useful as was the parking garage. It’s an easy walk to the Gravina Aqueduct from the property which was good to see but not as good as coming back to relax in such a comfortable space . As a previous reviewer suggested- just book it !

It was spacious and we felt so comfortable The host provided many little extras Also, the balconies and washing machine and dryer were so useful !

Una esperienza fantastica dal inizio alla fine Lo consiglio vivamente pulizia confort la posizione Casa curata nei minimi dettagli c'è tutto mega colazione in più ti lasciano un pacco di pasta e passata di pomodoro in bottiglia x emergenza del primo giorno e come ricordo della loro struttura ti lasciano un bellissimo portachiavi Ci ritornerò e sarà sempre nella SUITE GRAVINA

O apartamento é simplesmente espetacular, com tudo de bom e do melhor. O contacto com os anfitriões também foi TOP.

Luogo molto pulito, tutti i comfort erano presenti. Casa tenuta benissimo, pulita, in ottime condizioni. Tutto automatico, check-in compreso, il che è stato positivo per gli impegni della giornata che abbiamo preso per cui non potevamo lasciare per fare check-in di presenza. Host super gentili e disponibili, addirittura con video esplicativi sull'utilizzo delle serrature e del box auto. Esperienza super consigliata.
