Fabulous little property for what we needed

Can Get very hot but nothing a couple of fans wouldn’t sort out

The garden And facilities Very well thought of The customer service High quality finish Close to the beach Games etc. included really nice touch

Additional Pet charges however a compromised deal for 3 dogs was given and 3 dogs were welcomed with no issue of numbers.

Had everything you needed, nice and secure for the dog with being gated / fenced all the way round. Nice beaches a minute away.

A little small for a longer stay but a nice spot for a short holiday.

Secure parking. Security camera makes you feel a little safer in this area Bluetooth mirror in bathroom Tea, coffee sachets but didn’t receive the chocolates and wine as stated in the welcome note

Needs attention - clothes rail coming off wall, large burn marks on rug, sink unit drainer covered in rust -very unhygienic The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and stained bedding. TV and WiFi very slow and kept cutting out. Bathroom needs a deep clean - smelly drainage plug and pitiful pressure in shower from scolding hot and then cold. Washing machine/dryer and bbq locked away and wasn’t given code until the last day. Whole unit could do with a fresh coat of paint.

Property lovely and clean and well kept.Close too sea and walking distance to amenities.

Area is very run down.

This was perfect for me and my young son, just outside Clacton on sea, took us about 30mins to walk down to Clacton pier, and a 2 minute walk to Jaywick beach.Lovely a quiet area, was nice to sit out side on an evening. Both inside and outside are immaculate, clean, and well kept. There is a hair dryer and iron at the property, towels and bedding, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in despensers in the shower. I took my own, but this was a thoughtful touch. There is access to washing and drying facilities at the back of the property, and plenty of space outside even with a large car on the driveway.
