The location was amazing! We’d love to try and rent it with friends for the Palio!

You could hear people in the alley as they passed by. At night it could sound like they were in the living room!

The property was incredibly clean….beautifully maintained with breathtaking views! The team was very accommodating and quick to respond. Thanks for an amazing experience.

There was nothing about the property I did like.

La vista a la plaza es insuperable, precioso apartamento, enorme,te sientes en una casa, 3 habitaciones amplias con cama matrimonial, cocina grande, tv grande, lavadora y lavavajillas. Buena ropa de cama, hartas almohadas disponibles. Nos ofrecieron un lugar cerca donde dejar el equipaje porque llegamos temprano.Increíble estar en el corazón de Siena!!!

Nada. Solo recomendaria mejorar la mampara de la ducha porque no cierra bien y se sale el agua.

The apartment itself is excellent, but the people running this place have absolutely no understanding of hospitality. I was traveling with my elderly parents (85 and 75 years old) and requested an early check-in at 14:00. Their response was to demand an extra €25. This is not about money—I paid €230 for a single night and could have easily booked a much cheaper place if cost were the issue. It is purely about their mentality and complete lack of guest care. The situation became even more unacceptable on departure. Check-out was at 10:00, and at exactly 10:00 sharp they rang the doorbell to push us out. No flexibility, no courtesy, no basic human decency. I have worked as a hotel manager for 13 years and have traveled to over 70 countries, and I can honestly say I have never encountered such cold, rigid, and unwelcoming behavior. This is accommodation without hospitality.
