Location, location, location.👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed here over New Year. The location is the single best thing about this apartment. Overlooking il Campo. Stunning. It’s also the worst thing about this location. The apartment is very poorly soundproofed so the noise levels from outside are high so if you’re a light sleeper this is definitely not for you. I see before the owners criticised someone who pointed this out before saying it wasn’t their fault. It isn’t but it’s still very relevant if you’re thinking of staying here. Our stay was ruined when the boiler broke overnight on New Years Eve. We had no hot water to take showers for three days and the response from the rental company was really poor. They claimed because we called them near lunch time on New Year’s Day (a sleep in until 11am on New Years day is not unreasonable when the celebrations in the square below went on until 3.30am) and we left two days later, we were only without hot water or bathing facilities for one day ! They called our complaint superficial ! and because they had tried but failed to get someone to fix it we should be grateful. They’re a business. They rent during the holidays. They should have plans for something like this. Siena was wonderful. Their customer service was brutal. These are sensitive owners who believe being unable to take a shower for three mornings out of five is ‘superficial’, they will respond to this I’m sure. Make your own mind up. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The location was amazing! You can sit on the balcony and enjoy watching the Piazza del Campo activity, walk out the front door, explore the piazza, or walk to all of the attractions in Siena. The apartment was very comfortable.

Piazza del Campo is a busy and active location. Be prepared to hear the city's sounds well into the night. If necessary, there is a back bedroom that is more protected from the noise of the city.

Fabulous location, fabulous view & fabulous property. We had fabulous stay in Siena.

A little noisy into Saturday late evening. We knew Il Campo would be lively & we enjoyed most of that.

The apartment is extremely well presented and the view is extraordinary!

The apartment has different levels and single steps. Flooring is same so need to take extra care.
