Big pool, fine area

Super loud at night, room felt dirty, could see the mattress through the one sheet, pillows smelled bad, bathroom was so small you couldn’t sit on the toilet without your knees pressing against the wall

Room was very worn out. The stairs and hand rail was very dirty The shower didn’t work.

The experience was disappointing overall. The room had a strong unpleasant smell that got me super sick. The provided directions to park were confusing and unhelpful, the parking says rincons hotel but I booked with west coast inn, I guess they are related but should have both names. There was no extra toilet paper (only one is provided), and the contact number went unanswered when we tried to reach someone. Checkin instructions were horrible. The windows were dirty, and while there was a pool, it didn’t add much to the experience. Additionally, the outside light was very intrusive at night—an eye mask is a must. Noise from both neighbors and the street was significant, so earplugs are highly recommended.
