Lilly's Finca - romantischter Rückzugsort - Pool

Sehr schöne Lage, Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Schöner grosser Garten. (Zitronen Baum) Viele kleine lauschige Plätzchen liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr nettes Putz Personal Liebevolle kleine Details.

Für übergangszeiten ist die finca nicht ideal eingerichtet ( mussten sehr viel heizen im März, das Haus ist nicht dicht bei starkem Regen. Es fliesst viel Wasser ins Haus, das Bad wurde nicht mehr benutzbar. Küche ist sehr klein und spartanisch eingerichtet Geschirr und Besteck für knapp 2 Personen. Pool ist nicht geheizt, aussen Badewannen sind nur mit kühlem Wasser benutzbar.also nicht ideal. Durch die Wetter Situation wurde die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter sehr herausfordernd, kein Verständnis und man musste sehr Nachdruck verleihen bis etwas gemacht wurde. 3 Tage bis Gas endlich geliefert wurde, die Badetücher und Bettwäsche wurde nie geliefert das wir über 3 Wochen dort waren. Die Besitzer waren kaum präsent und nur nach mehrmaligem Whatsapp wurde dann endlich reagiert. Man ist auf sich selbst gestellt... Der Besitzer ging ins Ausland und man wusste nicht wo sich melden. Keine Stellvertretung Gut zu wissen: Nebenan ist eine zweite finca die dazu gehört. Wenn dort 6 Personen sind wird es laut und man ist nahe beieinander. Man teilt sich den Garten und Pool.

Rustige gelegen accomodatie

Die Finca ist ein kleiner charmanter Rückzugsort abseits der Touristenpfade. Wer es ruhig und alternativ mag, ist hier genau richtig. Der Garten mit Pool und der Blick bis zum Meer bieten Entspannung pur. Nur wenige Meter entfernt beginnen verschiedene Wanderwege. Ein sehr schöner Ort bei gutem Wetter!

Wir hatten über Silvester leider nicht so gutes Wetter. Für den Wohn- und Schlafbereich stand ein Gasofen zur Verfügung, ebenso einer für das getrennte Bad. Mit den beiden Öfen konnten wir die Unterkunft beheizen. Das ist okay, aber man braucht eben ein klein wenig Geduld bis es warm wird. :-)

Me encantó, todo el alojamiento es una maravilla, lo único que en verano con un ventilador se estaría mucho mejor ya que hace bastante calor

We loved the solitude , the bird song , the exceptional views , and to be on the side of a mountain with pine trees, such a beautiful location and lovely climate , chilly of an evening but wrapped up and star gazing was stunning .

Had to boil some hot water to wash up in sink , but it’s no biggy

Check in details clear with a message well before check in time indicating where keys could be found. Early morning light in the valley is beautiful before the cloud comes in.

The property is challenging to find, there is only 1 route in despite the online mapping systems showing at least 3 options. The price of the property set expectations which were not met, this is a rustic property which is not fully secured from the elements. The bathroom is actually in an annex so you must dress and put footwear on before using the toilet. The doors and windows don't fully seal so there are draughts. Unfortunately the local millipedes prefer to be inside than outside so we found them crawling all over the walls, surfaces, in the shower and even on the bed. There is zero privacy, the road runs past the bedroom window which is not adequately covered and all other windows and doors have no curtains or blinds. The outdoor bath is visible by neighbouring properties and also the shared swimming pool area. We checked out early as it was not comfortable enough for our needs. The hosts were freindly enough before our stay but were extremely defensive once we made a complaint, turns out this property is listed on another hosting website and much more detail has been provided on that listing which was not copied over to this platform. We were able to agree a refund for 1 night which went some way to cover our costs incurred to find alternative accommodation.
