1. Stench upon entering the apartment (possibly from kampong Ayer). We had to get our own air freshener. 2. Stench from Garbage shoot area (near lift area, hallway to apartment) 3. Towels smelling quite damp.

nous sommes partis et n’avons pas occupé le logement, la piscine était fermé , le logement avait une odeur d’égout persistante, la vue sur la décharge a ciel ouvert du village sur l’eau était insoutenable. Nous avons réservé le jour même de notre arrivée en prenant connaissance de ces points nous avons demandé une annulation et un remboursement à l l’hôte ( il était 14h) afin que nous puissions nous reloger celle ci a refusé sous prétexte qu’elle ne pourrait pas relouer car il était trop tard. Cela n’aurait rien changé car nous avons réservé à 13h et a 14h nous avons demandé l annulation. Bref scandaleux! Je ne recommande vraiment pas pour un prix si double de ce qui se pratique ailleurs

The cleanliness and the good communication with the owner, the swimming pool, and the various food outlet around.

The TV quality can be improved, Dryer take a bit longer to dry, the entrance door knob can be improved. For a newcomers like me, stop by the security on the B2 carpark first to ask for the assigned parking.

Clean and cozy house at a reasonable price. The location is strategic to access to anywhere and there are a lot of eateries at ground floor.
