This was an amazing stay, the location is great as it’s only a 5-10 minute drive from Corralejo, the inside of the villa was very clean and everything was provided for you, the host was also great and was very helpful by suggesting places of interest and being quick to help with any queries we had, overall it was a fantastic stay and would look forward to booking again

The villa of dreams Hands down the most stunning villa we have ever stayed in. So much thought went into the design and layout of this space. It’s immaculate! This villa is equipped with everything you need. And the outdoor space with a private pool is the cherry on top of the cake. The villa and outdoor area is a lot bigger than it looks on the pictures. It’s within walking distance to a supermarket And there’s a nearby bus to corralejo.(no.8) The weather was beautiful and we’ve never been more tanned. Finally we have to mention the host Marco…he is the loveliest host and so kind and accommodating, he couldn’t do enough for us! we can’t wait to return next year!!!

Nothing! But maybe a suggestion about the downstairs shower might need unclogging as it does tend to flood

Tastefully furnished, private and very comfortable villa. Well stocked, beautiful kitchen, great little pool, and comfortable beds too. Location is fantastic as well, close to not only Corralejo, but also to El Cotillo, Lajares & Villaverde (for great beaches, brunch spots, and restaurants respectively), as well as Corralejo, of course. Icing on the cake? The very friendly welcome & support Marco provided throughout our stay!

So far this is the best Villa we have ever stayed at and have been doing approx 3 a year for the last 2 years. Lovely space, clean, warming, inviting, comfortable. Outside space is lovely too and we made good use of it. We came as a couple but my parents joined us for a week. There was a small extra cost but not issues and easy to arrange. Marco, who manages the property could not have been more lovely and helpful. He recommended great places to eat, was so friendly and approachable and was there when needed to address any issues.

There was an issue with the shower draining and Marco sorted it pretty much straight away - hardly an issue really but a comfort I guess for people reading reviews that if there is an issue then it gets sorted.

We stayed at Villa NORMA in December and had an overall pleasant experience. • The villa was very easy to locate thanks to Marco’s clear and accurate instructions. The check-in process was simple and seamless. • Upon arrival, the villa was clean and well-prepared, and Marco was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, addressing issues promptly whenever possible. • The house matched the photos and description perfectly, and the heated pool (available at an extra cost) was a lovely touch. Although not large enough for swimming laps, it was ideal for relaxing during sunny December days. • The location was quiet and peaceful, with no noise from the nearby highway. It’s just a 10-minute drive to Corralejo, which is convenient for restaurants and activities. While there isn’t much within walking distance apart from a CrossFit box and a supermarket, the villa is well-suited for those with a car. • The decor and layout of the house were well thought-out, and we especially appreciated the outdoor BBQ area. Marco’s warm welcome, including a bottle of wine and snacks, made us feel at home right away.

While our stay was enjoyable, a few aspects could have been better, especially given the villa’s price point. • Some maintenance issues stood out, such as loose toilet seats in two bathrooms, a misaligned shower column, a poorly installed staircase, and an exterior door that wouldn’t lock properly. Unfortunately, not all of these could be resolved during our stay. • We encountered a Wi-Fi issue that initially disrupted online meetings. Fortunately, Marco acted quickly to resolve it by bringing a technician, after which the connection worked perfectly. • The living room had two chairs with visible holes upon arrival, which were replaced during our stay, but it was still a surprising oversight. • The pool, while enjoyable, is on the smaller side and better for lounging than swimming. • A few additional amenities would have elevated the experience, such as a blender, a handheld vacuum for quick cleaning, and a large upstairs mirror. • Overall, the villa’s finishing touches didn’t quite meet the expectations for a property of this caliber and price. Despite these issues, Marco’s professionalism and helpfulness made a big difference, and this villa is still a great choice for families or friends looking for a relaxing getaway close to Corralejo.

The fantastic villa is in a quiet location and offers a top private atmosphere! The facilities are top and the villa has several great places to simply switch off and relax!

The new villa is just a short 10-minute drive from the city center of Corralejo away, nearby the motorway exit. So it is super easy to get around from here. It is situated in a residential area with a supermarket nearby. The villa itself has a Nordic design with a nice outdoor pool to dip in when you need to cool off. The kitchen is well-equipped and modern. We very much liked the style inside/outside which felt comfy and welcoming. The house has got two nice bedrooms and a third one we didn´t use (only recommended for 1-2 kids with no fear of heights).  We enjoyed the stay very much and Marco was such a pleasant and attentive host. Thank you very much, Marco!

Only small things: The outdoor pool is very nice to look at, but the edges are slippery due to the architectural design. Please watch your steps when you go inside. It is not possible to sleep with the windows open while the blinds keep out the street lights. It's either one or the other. But we got used to it.
