La struttura è accogliente, fornita di tutto: bagno con doccia molto comoda, completo di lavatrice, stanza da letto ampia, cucina e sala pranzo raccolta ma con tutto il necessario per poter cucinare. Posizione in zona di Bergamo tranquilla, con nelle vicinanze (raggiungibili a piedi) un bel parco e un ipermercato. Per chi usa i mezzi pubblici a pochi metri ci sono le fermate che conducono al centro città e anche nella zona dell'Ospedale.
