Contact with an owner was without any problem. All instructions how to come and check in to apartament were clearly. Apartament was in calm area and close to the city centre. Big advantage was parking place. In apartament everything was comfortable and clean. And gifts for welcome us were very nice surprise :)

We only stayed for one night and appreciated the possibility of having a parking space and the fact that the apartment is close to the airport. Otherwise, the place is basic and a bit pricey for how it looks.

The surrounding area looks pretty weird, there are some workshops or warehouses in the same building and the courtyard where we parked the car seems pretty strange. No safety problems, though.

Very good instructions to entry an apartment and the rooms were clean. Such a plus by leaving some easy food - we're arrived by night and everything was closed so, some food was an amazing suprise!

There were some mosquitos on the floor and we didn't figure how to make the water from bathroom dont flow in the night. Besides that everything was good

The flat was clean and prepared to be used. The host delivered as a compliment some sweets which was a very nice surprise. The master bed was comfortable, the sofa not so, but we managed without a big struggle. The bathroom was stocked with everything we needed and the towels were in good condition. The host sent us very easy instructions on how to enter the flat. No physical contact with him/ her.

There was a very unpleasant smell in the living room where we slept. It was coming from the kitchen cupboards.

Everything was great. The apartment was so clean and prepared . Even some snacks and drink 💕. Communication was great,all instructions come in time and they were so detail.😊 If we come to Bergamo again,we will back.

everything as advertised in the pictures, a little bit basic and old; but these aspects are offset by a fully equipped kitchen (including snacks for breakfast, water) and extra-fully-equipped bathroom (including slippers, shaving foam and more); close to the airport, it was a good choice for one night stay

It was accessible and close to the bus stop

The apartment was very dirty and dusty. The beddings were used and smelling. The toilet had an awful smell. My children ended up sneezing with running nose by the morning.

Nice place, close to the main square with shops and restaurants. The host was very nice to leave some snacks for breakfast.
