NLThis place feels and looks luxurious to me. The bed is very comfortable, so is the couch. The kitchen has everything I need. In the bathroom there were multiple shampoos and body washes and there was a defuser for the hairdryer. I really enjoyed my stay here

SKLuxuriously furnished apartment with well thought out, comfortable furnishings. Both Eva and Barbora were proactive in their communications. They were extremely cooperative and considerate. Eva was sometimes going out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed including a spare key and Fob so that my wife could use it when I was away in my meetings or engagements. This was so convenient because my wife could go out to the Eurovea mall (attached to the tower) etc without having to depend on me and vice versa. We extended our stay at this property and shall prioritize using this property during our next visit.

There is a port across the street, and the smell is sometimes unbearable, so keep the windows closed (though some odor may still come through ventilation). Most importantly, brace yourself for the host’s communication style – it’s only in Slovak, often unclear, inconsistent, and borderline rude. The checkin instructions are partially in Slovak, made for platform that’s not Booking with non-working link to house rules. Our approved late checkout time of 14:00 was changed to 11:00 the night before at 22:18, due to a new booking they had. Thankfully, I saw the message in the morning and managed to return to apartment while translating a handful of unclear messages about checkout from Slovak, but checked out 22 minutes after 11am. I handed the keys and city tax to the host in person, but to my surprise… the next day I received a message stating that we hadn’t returned the keys and still needed to pay the city tax. After again translating another dozen messages and making a call, the host informed Booking that their claim was “resolved”, without any explanation. Instead of an apology, we received yet another series of messages in Slovak, blaming us for everything like replying late to their message during checkout to which ironically I replied in 3 minutes :)
