The food variety is adequate, and the hotel's natural surroundings are wonderful. The fact that all the rooms and some of the pools are under the shade of trees is the main reason we chose this place. We will definitely come back again.

This was our second visit here. Because it was before the summer season, there was a shortage of staff and some disruptions occurred. I'm sure these issues will be resolved, but the main problem is that there are no smoking restrictions anywhere outdoors. Smoking is constant around the children's pool area, the amphitheater, and the open food court area. We were constantly forced to flee with our child. Also, dog owners put their dogs on the tables and feed them with forks. Other customers then eat at those tables. It's not hygienic at all. We really love this facility, but these two issues absolutely need to be fixed. Hotel officials contacted us during check-out and afterwards and said they would take very serious measures regarding all the problems.
