Excellent location, facilities and look from the apartment where you can see Caribbean Sea. A car rental is just around the corner.

Beautiful space, clean, well equipped, and very nicely decorated. Lovely personal touches. View was gorgeous. WiFi, AC, hot water all worked well. Location was great for me….on the edge of Gosier and very close to the public park and beach, with many options for eating and drinking. Pauline the manager was communicative and helpful.

Everything was good! A bit of a hassle finding and getting into the apartment initially however this was primarily due to my inability to speak and understand French, and loss of my cellular service on Guadeloupe. Also Booking.com and Google routed me down a street that was closed to all traffic. Visitors should be sure of how to get to the Residences when they arrive.

Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated apartment. Pauline met us and was so welcoming and caring. The location is wonderful, pelicans all day and close to dacha beach, beach restaurants and shops. Perfect for us as we had no car. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
