Garaż- potrzeba więcej informacji, gdzie jest garaż (bo nie jest w budynku) oraz jak on działa. Personel mówi tylko po włosku i trudno zrozumieć zasady działania tego garażu.

When we arrived edging off shower cubicle door off.(However my husband managed to fix it) Shower hot but pressure a bit low. Had to use overhead rainfall shower as moveable shower head could not be fixed in place The bed quilt was very light and we were a bit cold at night when the heating was off The above would not stop us returning as over all we enjoyed our stay

If you are driving do not use this property. You are directed to a grubby park garage run by two chaps with not a word of English and a surly attitude. The garage is 500mtr from the property and you are expected to pull all your luggage over rough cobblestones. It was advertised on Booking.com as having a washing machine which it did not. There is a shared washer down in the basement shared by all the apartments. All the plumbing for a washer were in the small bathroom but they forgot to install it. When I raised this with the host I was told that Booking.com had made a mistake in saying the apartment had a washing machine. I am sorry but it is the responsibility of the property host to ensure that the apartments are accurately described. The description of the apartment decor was also incorrect. It is in a rather down at heel area area of the town. The apartment was very noisy at night and the curtains are made of a see through material which means that you can see the people in the residences opposite through them and, of course, the light pours in as soon as the sun rises. We arrived to find 1 bath towel but this was rectified. All in all a shabby organisation. We left the morning after we arrived and we’re happy to forego the cost of the second night. We booked a night in Ravenna which was beautiful and had a vibrant social area.

Very clean and modern place to stay. Satisfied with all the facilities. Great location. Great staff. Easy way to check in and out.
