Chateau de Amour- Exquisite Townhouse - Medical Center, Downtown HTX

I loved the space and how it was decorated. I loved the security of the property (gate codes, door codes, garage/gate clicker). The house provided good room for me and my friends.

Needs shelves for the shower in the master bedroom. Needs extra towels and wash cloths in the closets.

I love the place. It was very beautiful inside and out. Everything was in nice order. It was clean and smelled very pleasant. Everything was just the way it was advertised. I will definitely be renting this place again. It is so much great things to say about this property. I recommend anyone visiting Houston to rent here. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for your service here. My stay was great. My family loved it as well.😊

I liked the gated community

Trash cans sat outside the gated area blocking the entrance. Trash was everywhere on the ground the smell was horrible. Parking was difficult especially if you have a big vehicle. If other cars park in front of there townhome it becomes impossible to park in the garage. Parking was a challenge on a daily bases.

I love the modern furniture and the property layout

A little bit noisy at night, but nothing over the top
