Working air conditioning :) Enough space for a family. We had a good sleep.

No air conditioning in children’s bedroom.

Super host, very cooperative, flexible and friendly. Extremely comfortable and spacious apartment. Tastefully decorated, neat and clean. Highly recommended for families, friends groups.

We liked the spaciousness. One of the bedrooms heating was good.

Water heating wasn’t constant when getting in the shower. The heating in the living room wasn’t warming the room. Children were feeling cold. The kitchen door had a large whole under the door and draft was constantly coming. Electricity kept going like 3 - 4 times a night. Overall wasn’t a good experience, we ended up having to book hotel elsewhere.

Big flight of stairs no lift Noisy neighbours at times throughout the night (just can’t control this) The majority of the apartment is luxurious however the two small tables feel so cheap and a hazard for kids as they fold at the slightest of touches. I would recommend changing these in line with the rest of the decor. The biggest issue I had was the host. I had a nightmare with the host as I questioned why there was no free toiletries as advertised and also the images shown a picture of fully stacked spice section but in reality there was nothing there. Salt and pepper has been a basic standard in all 6 of my previous apartments around Morocco and they were all cheaper than this accommodation. I wouldn’t have cared too much if this wasn’t advertised as such. I questioned this and called her unresponsive as she didn’t reply until 22hrs after my initial message and then she came back and was quite frankly the worst host I’ve ever encountered. I have travelled to around 20 countries and never encountered such a Karen! She got offended I called her unresponsive, if you take 22hrs to reply to a 2 day booking that is not acceptable. This was only 1 after check in also so I can’t understand the delay. (Felt like she wanted to argue, kept making false claims like I threatened her and insulted her but I was polite and professional throughout. I have all the message logs) I also left her apartment in a beautiful condition. Because of how she was I was going to give her a 1 HOWEVER my religion teaches me that we must be forgiving. She did apologise and blamed a certain rude message as a language barrier issue. The only reason I’ve highlighted the issue is that hopefully this is a lesson learnt. The reason I gave a 10 is because the apartment is beautiful and I have to be just. I just hope the host learns from this interaction and then moving forward the guests can enjoy the beautiful accommodation.

The appartment was so clean, well equiped, and calm. I highly recommend it! I have been there with my family and they really liked it! I wish I had more time to stay there longer.

It was really easy to get the keys, we arrived very late, there was a keybox where we could collect our keys from and enter the house immediately.

Its is a bit far from the center, but we knew this and we had a car so it was no issue, the house is in the middle of a living area.

If you fancy staying in an apartment that is as good as a living place, this is the best place for you. It is modern with an oriental touch, super clean and fully-equipped with what you need to feel like living in your own house. The credit goes to the owner who was looking after even the tiny details. There was plenty of storage areas, comfy beds, lots of linens and towels. The two bathrooms are clean and have showering areas. All the windows have shutters and I can't tell enough about the lovely living room and the very calm and private entrance. The owner was a kind lady who was in contact with us checking appropriately and shared the details of the access and address in advance.

Everything was perfect but for a tourist it is not the nearest to the ancient town and the tourism areas but it is still good if you have a car!
