Room 301: The room is huge, so is the bathroom. The location is great, right on one of the major roads with hotels, shops and restaurants. The balcony was great for drying the hand wash and for chilling in the evening, after the heat of the day. Good lighting. Good , strong shower. Friendly owner who also rented a scooter.

The bed sheets felt too synthetic. The noise created by a group of Vietnamese that checked in during my second night. Screaming around well after 10:00 p.m. and being noisy again before 6:00 a.m. The rental fee of 200 000 Dong for a full day for a scooter without usable mirrors. The room is huge and comfortable but there is nothing cozy about it.
