Excellent location. Spotless. Very easy to access on arrival.

Clean, modern apartment in a great location. There is no hills to the apartment and it’s very easy to find. A nice quiet complex that is clean and well designed. The bed is very comfortable with a second air conditioning unit over the tv facing the bed. Nice spacious wardrobes with a safe inside (Instructions for use are very clear). The bathroom is lovely with a nice shower, excellent water pressure (not very common in Lanzarote) and a nice size counter space around the sink. The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances are like new and in excellent condition. Clear signs in two cupboards of a map as to where to bring rubbish. The kitchen/dining/living room is spacious with another air conditioning unit over the couch with a big patio window out onto the balcony. There is a separate room outside the apartment to a shared washing machine which is great to have and with there only being so few apartments there’s a lot of times it is available for use right away. The balcony is a great spot for the sun all day more so that where the sun beds are, it also has a lovely sea view. Overall we loved the apartment and the hosts are very easy to contact and are very responsive. We will definitely be back with staying here as our top priority to anywhere else we have stayed in Puerto del Carmen. Thank you Amor A Mar

Nothing to dislike, apartment was perfect. If I could just say something as a possible improvement is that the seats on the balcony are a little uncomfortable if on them a long time so maybe to provide a cushion or a more comfortable seat.

Great location, apartment very clean with excellent kitchen facilities and air con in both living area and bedroom. Nice balcony and terrace at the back.

No cleaning service during stay and fresh towels only provided once in 10 days.

The property was so close to all amenities restaurants, bars and shops and the beach.

Nothing it was just perfect

I would highly recommend this apartment, so modern, clean and spacious and everything you would need. Very easy to check in, got key code before arriving. Stayed in one of these before and would def stay again. Would recommend this for adults really, no pool but Chica beach is very near.
