Clean, Location is city centre, Staff friendly, Food was good. Smart TV great. Mr. Amith helped with my 2 day itinery whilst in Amritsar but his English comprehension level needs bit of improving.

Staff a bit tempremental esp lady in reception. Got stuck in lift one morning but staff helped out immediately.

I really liked how spacious the rooms were. Also the staff members were very polite and helpful. The facilities provided were also top class. Will definitely stay here if and when I visit Amritsar again
