Newly renovated studio 2 min from Playa La Arena

Location. It is walking distance from Playa de la Arena Beach which has black volcanic sand and volcanic stones on the beach a must see. There is private safe parking on site behind and electric gate. Must have because there is no other parking spaces on the Beach. The Apartment was renovated 2 years ago but looks like brand new. Fully equipped like a home. Vacuum cleaner, ironing board, cookware, salt, pepper, oils, washing machine, detergent, clothes dryer amazing.

Everything was good.

We had an amazing time during our stay, apartment is located really close to a good beach Playa La Arena and a supermarket, with parking and a bus stop in front of the building, as well as everything you might need during your stay, all furniture is new and place is very clean, it was nice to stay here and enjoy sunsets from the terrace

Nice design, new. Good terrace with beautiful view. Has car parking which is very convenient, always free space to park. Bright, has everything i needed. Good beach umbrella.

Dining table is very unstable, need to be careful when eating :) vacuum cleaner works poorly. Also need to be careful with glass shower door when opening accidentally it hits the wall i think it can brake, needs some kind of stopper.

Super clean, nicely decorated and furnitures apartment on a great location. The host is easy to message and communicates well. It’s also great to have an easily accessible parking on this location.

Świetna lokalizacja przy plaży La Arena i w bliskości sklepów i restauracji. Czysty, wygodny i odnowiony apartament, wyposażenie, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
