A group of 5 of us stayed for 4 nights over the Edinburgh Marathon Weekend. Accommodation over the event weekend and going into the tourist season was expensive, but we found this apartment to be excellent value for money. We were central, but the city's noise didn't carry much into the bedrooms. The kitchen was sufficient for us to have all our breakfasts and some light dinners at the apartment. Also, for a group of our size, it was very handy that there was one bathroom (toilet and shower in one) + an individual shower and toilet room. The host was also very quick to respond when we had questions.

The door into the apartment is a little bit fiddly (it felt like it wouldn't close and lock properly), and sounds from the stairwell carried into the apartment. Overall, this wasn't much of an issue for us.

Cute little apartment in a good location, clean and nicely decorated. Keys were in a lockbox by the front door with code sent to us on the day of arrival. The rooms are small but include most things needed. The area around the apartment is nice with a little bookshop on the corner and right by The Meadows park. Supermarkets, restaurants etc are just a short walk away and we saw buses passing by quite regularly.

As with a lot of Edinburgh the apartment is in a big old building and can get chilly of an evening. We did very well with the weather and only had to ask for the heating on one evening which was put on straight away but sadly only for about 20 minutes. We put the oven on and left the door open instead which worked for us.

Owner of the house is very helpful and give very detailed instuction for they check-in , and very fast reply message when you needed help. The apartment is clean and cozy. The location is good and quiet and is very near to Meadows Park.

The apartment is a perfect base for a stay in Edinburgh. It's an easy walk to all the key locations, and is clean, comfortable and warm.

Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van the old town. Er zijn twee douches en twee toiletten: heel fijn als je met vijf bent!

Niets, het was heerlijk! Okee, geen vaatwasser, maar zoveel afwas hebben we niet gemaakt

Eine sehr schön her gerichtete Altbauwohnung in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Innenstadt ist per Bus gut erreichbar und die Wohnung liegt direkt neben einem großen Park. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell.

Geweldig appartement met alle faciliteiten. Perfecte locatie, lekker rustig en toch vlak bij het centrum.

Great central location, very well equipped apartment, cosy, clean...everything we needed for a family get together in Edinburgh.
