Luxury Downtown Townhome Unit 13

It was clean and easy to get to

Communication with the property manager was excellent. The townhome was very clean. Much appreciated. The garage is much better than other reviews indicated. We fit a Toyota Highlander and Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sure, it was tight with 2 big cars, but we had no problems. The beds, sheets, and pillows were terrific, as was the heat and hot water.

Room for improvement: Needs recycling bin. No plastic wrap, foil, or cookie sheet. Only 1 sharp knife. The kitchen is super bare bones. New sofa needed - and another chair to accommodate a 4th person comfortably. Add some colorful artwork to the walls to make it feel less sterile. Replace the blinds. Most are broken and really cheap in appearance. Overall, I recommend the townhome. Nothing really off putting, but it could be a 9 instead of an 8 with these suggestions.

Entry to garage was very tight.

The location is dicey. There is a lot of poverty in that part of Cleveland. Rundown buildings nearby. Miserable looking apartment complexes nearby. Sad and upsetting.

I did not like that the owner was unwilling to accept my official tax exemption form -I wish he had told me so from the get go, as I notified him that I had such a form from the get-go, i.e. before confirming my reservation, and he told me to take it to booking.com which asked to receive the form, never got back to me, and when I reached out again told me that as an international company booking.com is unable to process my request and I should take it back to the property owner, who could not figure out what to do with it -while shop owners and restaurant owners in Cleveland knew exactly what to do... You just report the tax exemption number (you don't even need to hold onto the form).

the location is okay

the place was not clean, particularly the floor and staircase carpet were not cleaned up

Everything about this property was perfect!
