"New property, unspeakable treatment by the owner"

New property, clean, good facilities, free parking

I was dearly mistreated by the owner, Mrs. Mihai, when I realized that I didn't get a one bedroom apartment I had paid for, but a Studio!!! She asked me very nervously to leave the next morning, even though I paid for 2 nights!!! I asked for a one bedroom apartment I paid for, but she bluntly rejected my request. She asked me why I did not look at the photos of the properties, to realize that it was a Studio?!?!!?! Absolutely shocking!!! She even called me next morning to ask me again to leave the room, as she had talked to Booking and Booking will find me another accommodation!!! I was stupefied! Nobody ever treated me like this woman... As for the facilities, there was no internet nor TV cable during all my stay there!!! The location is more than 500m from the beach, while they say it is "beachfront". She pretended that she had not taken any money from me, even though the price was non-refundable!! I was supposed to get an invoice at the end, but nobody gave me such a paper. The most disturbing was the unspeakable attitude of that woman towards me. She treated me like hell, yelling and threatening to throw me and my family out of the property I paid for!!! She treated me like I was a beggar asking something for free from a superior high class woman. I am so sick of this kind of people, as she is not the only one treating people like I was treated. She also misguides Booking by selling Studios at the price of Apartments on Booking website! You should have a serious discussion with her as you don't want to oversee such people who make money by cheating others, thus affecting the very good image Booking has among its clients.
