To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Appi-Kogen Train Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Lapind’or French Restaurant has a dress code. T-shirts, jeans, sandals and slippers are prohibited. Modification on the number of guests must be made at least 2 days prior to the date of arrival. Please note that the property cannot accommodate any modifications after arrival. Guests with children must inform the property at the time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box. Children aged 0–3 years can stay free of charge. Child beds are available upon request for an additional charge of JPY 6700 per bed, per night. All shuttle services are subject to availability and must be arranged at least one day prior to arrival. Children aged 4–6 years incur an additional charge of 30% of the child's accommodations fee per adult when using the existing beds. Children aged 4–6 years incur an additional charge of 70% of the child's accommodations fee per adult when using extra beds. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. A deposit may be required at the property.
