Excellent location - across road from park, lake, and a short walk to Eat Streat heaps of food options, drinks, icecream, souvenirs etc. Easily accommodated family of 8. Clean and fresh.

The upstairs balcony rail is quite low by Australian standards, if you have a climbing toddler I would be wary of letting them on the balcony.

"Great stay in a lovely property in a great location"

Loved everything - very handy location, very nice house which was very clean and well arranged, had everything you could need, inlucding extras like outdoor space, spa, etc. Easy access and very quick response from the host . extra bonus - there were two bathrooms and 3 toilets - handy for multiple people. .

"Amazing stop over in Rotorua"

This place was amazing. It was soo close to town. It was virtually on the door step of the outside and restaurants. Super spacious for hanging out too. The spa pool was amazing to just chill out after a day of activities too.

The room downstairs was a little crammed for adults, but as it was only 2 nights, we managed with it. The photos made it look bigger than it was.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house, enough space for us all and the location was awesome!

I just wished they had some champagne flutes! Nothing worse drinking bubbles from a wine glass 😂… totally a first work problem!

Loved the beautiful house. The facilities were fantastic so was the location. Loved the off street parking. The view from the kitchen was amazing. Close to restaurants and the Govt Gardens and of course the lake. We so enjoyed the spa onsite.
