"Hotel cheated me by saying cannot accept credit card and have to pay cash"

Location

Everything was bad , The WIFI connection was extremely poor, the TV in room didnt work even after complaining and they were not able to accept credit card claiming they have facility to only accept Indian issued cards and not international cards. This should have been properly communicated when making the booking through booking.com
