SIWe stayed here for one night and really liked it. The location is quiet but still close to the center, which was perfect for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and the private parking was very convenient. There’s a possibility to have breakfast on the balcony, which is a nice option if the weather’s good. The host was friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant and easy stay!

CHCHThe property was lovely we were greeted by Simona who gave us our keys and showed us around. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and we had everything we could want plenty of toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities aswell as all we could want for breakfast. A perfect place with a very warm welcome to Sardinia.

ITVery nice apartment, with car private car-parking, centrally located 5 min walk from the town center but in a silent environment, very clean, bed confortable, equipped for breakfast.. Simona is a super host, communication and check-in very effective ! thank you for all.
We all know that the moder bathrooms very often eliminated the shower-box in favour of a simpler glass separation, but the fact that it does not hold any door, it is common to wet part of the floor when you take a shower, not easy to dry then .. I would have preferred 'old style shower box'..

ATWe received the information about check-in & parking in advance and everything was super easy and well organised. The room was very pretty, super clean and just wonderful. The breakfast was perfect and the owner were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
ATA perfect accommodation in Olbia in every way: location, amenities, cleanliness – the apartment is a work of art. It's places like this that stand out from the large hotels. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night in Olbia, but we will definitely come back – and only if there's availability here.
