The accommodation was comfortable, clean & in a good position

The property is part of a redevelopment of a pub/restaurant & as such is attached to other residential properties. This became a problem for us on the first night when someone was using a washer located on the other side of our bedroom wall at 11.33pm! It was so loud that some of our party who were still up & in the lounge area thought there was a helicopter circling above us. The wall in our bedroom was quite literally vibrating & as if that wasn’t bad enough, it woke us up at 8.04am again the next morning!! I contacted the owner who informed me there was nothing she could do as the other properties are residential. I advised soundproofing would benefit future guests & suggested a partial refund but got no reply. The information manual in the accommodation requests noise is kept to a minimum after 11pm which is completely understandable & acceptable, it’s a shame it wasn’t afforded to us!!

Loved Ripon lots going on in the market square. The accommodation was immaculately clean and extremely well equipped. Spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area. Two bedrooms, modern bathroom with shower over the bath. All rooms were tastefully decorated with lovely, furnishings. Lots of special touches including welcome pack and toiletries. A very comfortable enjoyable stay. Thank you. Would love to stay again.

Great location. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds and everything you need for a home away from home. The welcome basket with some snacks was an exceptional touch. Everything was great. Just an FYI for taller people. There are some beams that make the ceiling height low in places. My partner and his brother are 6ft 7in and 6ft 5in respectively and had to duck.

Great location, tasteful and quality decor and brilliantly equipped. Outstanding value for money!!

The boiler doesn’t hold enough hot water for 3 showers. The boost instructions need to be a bit more overt and easier to follow
