El hotel necesita hacer muchas mejoras. El cuarto no estaba del todo limpio. Para poder entrar al estacionamiento tenías que entrar al hotel a notificarlo y muchas personas tenían que tocar la bocina. Durante la noche que estuvimos ahí escuchamos muchísimas personas tocar bocina para que les abrieran el paso al estacionamiento pues no hay nadie controlándolo desde afuera. Y lo que más nos preocupó fue que al rededor de la 1:30 de la madrugada escuchamos que nos tocaron la puerta varias veces y luego de un rato intentaron abrirla, al mirar por la puerta se trataba de una persona joven la cual es posible se haya equivocado de puerta pero intentamos llamar al staff del hotel y nunca pudimos comunicarnos con alguien pues temíamos por nuestra seguridad ya que la puerta del cuarto muy probablemente si le haces fuerza de más la podrías abrir. Esto fue muy estresante y no permitió que pudiéramos volver a dormir la noche entera pues temía que pudiera tratarse de alguien intentando hacer daño ya que el hotel no cuenta con una seguridad adecuada.

La primera habitación estaba llena de chinches por todo lados era una cosa de locos.
PRUSUSPRCuarto cómodo, aire en perfectas condiciones, buen servicio al cliente. Excelente ubicación, todo te que a solo paso te puedes ir a pies. Siempre es el lugar preferido y económico para disfrutar mis vacaciones o pequeñas estancias.

Stayed in fourth floor.Basic room with minimal amenities. Uncomfortable bedding, thin bath towels, no washcloths or bath mat. Water rose in the sink after someone flushed in room above us.
