location is good

all over the room that was finger painted from other people on the TV on the window 🤦‍♂️ only one of the staff speak Kurdish none of them understand Kurdish language, they promised family swimming but never happened

Just the location , very close to shopping centre, stadium , Erbil citadel and 30 minutes from the airport ,

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff came across as unfriendly and not very attentive, often chatting at reception while bins were left full and rubbish was visible around the property. I had booked a family room with a balcony but was first given a standard room. After raising the issue, the room was changed, but although staff promised assistance with our luggage, no one came. The room itself was below expectations. It was not properly cleaned, with stains in the bathroom, on the walls, and on the bed sheets. Housekeeping did not service the room daily as is standard in most hotels. We also received no information about breakfast times or available services on arrival. Overall, the hotel felt more like a budget motel due to the low cleaning standards and lack of professionalism. The positive points were the locations , the view from the balcony and the breakfast, which had a fair variety of dishes but served in very warm room without any air conditioning .

یکی از بدترین هتل هایی بود که تا حالا رفته بودم ۱- هتل رسما ( روی در زدن ) ۳ ستاره ولی توی سایت ادعا کردن ۴ ستاره و پول هتل ۴ ستاره میگیرن ۲ - اطاق به شدت کثیف بود که پرسنل و صدا کردم اومدن تمییز کردند اون هم فقط روی میز و که یه چیز شبیه مربا ریخته بود رفت دیدم زیر میز و تمییز نکرده!!! ۳- حوله ، مسواک ، خمیردندان ، دمپایی ، دستمال کاغذی تو اطاق نبود وقتی اعتراض کردم حوله اوردن با دمپایی پلاستیکی!!! ۴- کتری برقی نبود اونم گفتم آوردند ۵- توی عکسها استخر بود رفتیم گفتند استخر ورودی نفری ۴ دلار اونم فقط بچه ها و اقایان استخر خانمها هم در حال بازسازی است!!!!

The room was dirty and nobody came for cleaning. We change our room but they didn’t even check the toilet which was dirty as well. The breakfast was not bad.

The area is nice and beautiful

Because it’s hot Erbil in set dawin it’s very hot no working the air is cold and it doesn’t no working because electric expensive 😠

يحتاج الى اضافة بعض الخدمات مثل الشاي والقهوة في الغرف ويحتاج الى تنظيف اكثر بالنسبة للغرف .. بالاضافة الى الاهتمام بالمرافق الصحية كونها متهرئة بعض الشئ مع اضافة بعض المستلزمات الصحية كونه اربع نجوم
