Molto comodo il doppio bagno con doccia, il patio e l’ampio giardino. Si arriva in centro paese con una breve passeggiata.

A mio avviso, sono necessarie le zanzariere per evitare che zanzare ed altri insetti entrino in casa.

The hosts Maurizio e Loredana were exceptional, greeting us at the property and showing all the amenities and leaving as a welcome gift a box of typical Sardinian sweets (pardule) and digestive (mirto) which were highly appreciated! The house is very comfortable with plenty of space inside with 2 master bedrooms both with be-suite, leaving room with sofa bed and convenient well equipped kitchen, perfect for our family of 5. Outside a lovely well maintained grass, with outdoor patio with table and chair and a barbecue area - plenty of options to chill in the sunlight or shadow. Pula is a lovely village and town centre was within 10 minutes walk with plenty of options for food or aperitivo. This time of the year is still quiet enough, so very enjoyable. Location on the coast is very strategic, close to all Santa Margherita and Chia on one side and Cagliari on the other.

Car park is a bit tight outside, but is not property fault and in our 6 days stay we could find park most of the times.

We loved everything about the house and our stay here. The outdoor space was amazing for the children and we spent most of the time outside. There is a lovely barbeque that we used multiple times during our stay. The house is clean, comfortable beds, and enough space. The owners are lovely and very helpful. I could not recommend this place enough! The house is within short driving distance to many amazing beaches and short walking distance to the town.

The outside space is wonderful and we made full use of it! Didn’t use the Living/Sitting Room at all as we were always outside! Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. Kitchen has big fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine etc. Location is perfect. A 10 minute leisurely stroll into the town centre and it’s wonderful restaurants and a 30 minute walk or 5- minute drive to the beautiful sandy beach at Nora. 20 minute drive to Chia beach or 30 minutes to Tuerredda Beach. Only 30 minute drive from Cagliari airport. Lovely welcome from Maurizio and Loredana.
