Snaha majitele co nejvíce ubytování zpříjemnit. Na pokoji byla k dispozici voda, sladkosti, základní potraviny jako sůl, olej atd. Dále je zde možnost využití dvorku a na spaní výborné zatemnění prostoru. Apartmán je plně vybaven včetně pračky. Ochota majitele poradit s výběrem restaurace atd. Velmi jednoduchý proces ubytování bez zbytečných komplikací. Lokalita je na kopci a poměrně daleko od centra (2,5 km).

Je to velmi starý dům, takže i samotný byt působí lehce zatuchle a zašle. Je tam vlhko, což je cítit například z gauče. U dřezu byly jen použité houbičky na nádobí, které už měly něco za sebou. První noc jsme nechali na stole v sáčku psí granule a druhý den ráno byly plné malých mravenců. Parkování přímo v ulici je složitější, ale dá se zaparkovat i v okolí, pokud si někdo netroufá na manévrování v úzkém prostoru (pozor jen na privátní zóny). V bytě nad apartmánem někomu do rána do noci hrála velmi nahlas televize.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Located in a very beautiful place, it gave the true Italian experience we were looking for. Very spacious terrace. Kitchen was very good equipped. We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. Also was cooler than in the city- I totally recommend. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Es hat uns im La Casa di Patty sehr gut gefallen! 🤩 Wir waren 4 Nächte dort, Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber! 👍 Lage ist eine sehr ruhige in Triest! Check in und Check out war sehr schnell und leicht erledigt! Die Vermieter sind super nett, haben sogar einige Snacks für uns gerichtet!😍 Als kleiner Tipp für alle, die mit Auto kommen: Die Zufahrtsstraße zur Wohnung ist sehr sehr schmal, wir kamen mit einem VW Sharan und hatten anfangs echt Probleme dort zuzufahren bzw umzudrehen! Haben ab Tag 2 uns weiter vorne an die Straße gestellt und gleich umgedreht und sind das letzte Stück gegangen! Das hat super funktioniert und dafür können die lieben Vermieter auch nix!😉 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, sollten wir Triest besuchen wollen! 10 von 10 Sternen!!⭐️
