El Olivo House A

The apartment is located in a quiet local town. At arrival I had to wait 30 minutes extra as the key wasn’t in the key box, after contacting the owner this got quickly resolved. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and comfortable, no problems at all. It was exactly what we needed. It’s 10 minutes drive from TFS Airport and only a 15-20 minutes drive to Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje. There’s a bus service in the town centre that connects you to all locations around South of Tenerife, we didn’t use it as we’ve rented a car. The town itself is peaceful, there’s not many tourists, it’s quite a local residential community, however you will find bars, restaurants open till late, supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi and McDonalds too. The drive to the nearest beach in El Médano is about 5 mins. Great location if you want to be in a relaxed part of Tenerife with easy access to the rest of the island. Would recommend!

The property was advertised of being disabled friendly which is why I booked it. The property was very difficult to get to with a wheel chair as it was on a hill with numerous potholes in the pavements. We had to call the landlord as we couldn't get the apartment door open due to is being complicated. We contacted 3 phone number and sent numerous messages through Bookings.com and on Facebook messenger. only one response which was 2 days later apologizing for any inconvenience and suggested we booked another accommodation through bookings.com. No one wanted to help us with this property and we felt let down. Rooms were bigger than expected but the doorways were too small to get through with our wheel chair. We had to stand on a chair to reach the crockery in the kitchen which was no good for disable access. We also had difficulty in the bathroom with closing the shower door. IN the end we had to hire a car to get anywhere and cut our holiday short by 2 days. The property was nice but the location was terrible for access to any facilities and wasn't disable friendly.

Great location. We arrived by car, but the bus station is close (15-20 minutes on foot). You can reach any city you want by bus. There are many places to eat nearby (you can easily find them with the help of google). Quiet place, which I really liked. Apartment was really clean when we arrived. The apartment fully met my expectations.

A nice quiet and large apartment with two bedrooms and a south facing balcony. All the facilities you need.

It was quite warm in the building, but they did provide a fan in each bedroom which was sufficient! The flourescent lights in the bedrooms were a little harsh

Location is far , if no vehicle its hard to move , if you have a car then it is good location. clean, pleasant quiet place, not much happening around. wifi was really good.

not exactly like shown in picture, very limited kitchen equipment and cutlery. washing machine is common , its ok not much occupant in building.
