Proximité à pied (moins de 20min) des restaurants, de la plage, supermarché, centre ville. Communication facile et rapide. Remise des clefs en main propre et possibilité de sortie libre. Quartier résidentiel. Possibilité de stationnement gratuit devant le logement.
De plus en plus de loueurs fournissent serviettes et draps gratuitement ainsi que savon et produits d entretien et un fer à repasser voir une machine à laver ce n'était malheureusement pas le cas.
