1. Location- very near to city center 2. Parking- sufficient space 3. Unit was clean and bed ia comfortable 4. Tv works with netflix

1. Toilets didn't work well - cannot flush and no water pressure (but shower and kitchen taps work well) this was not great as the house accommodates multiple people, this is the most important facility and we had to improvise by using buckets to flush for the 3 days we were here Mr lau, the manager of the property mentioned the water pressure is low like this and nothing can be done which is not an appropriate response and for us to just deal with this which is not acceptable. Will not recommend for stay as the management is not helpful

Excellent location as we just walked to jongker street. Also the homestay is very clean.

All accommodation facilities are complete, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, kitchen and cooking utensils

Be careful for the room key, it needs a warning sign or a note, because the lock is easy to accidentally lock itself

Very well kept, clean and tidy. Well-equipped with shampoo, body wash, hair dryer and stacks of towels. Very modern looking and the access was high tech with keycard. Most importantly, very reasonably priced homestay for big groups of 9 pax. We really enjoyed our stay here !

There were some complications, the sink in most rooms like kitchen and toilet wasn't working at first. We contacted the owner and he straight away came and fixed it. Very efficient and customer-centric.Other than that, there was a few slight things that could be fixed. The bell access door going out was a little challenging to open but we managed. Besides that, one of the room doors with bunker bed inside, the lock was broken and we couldn't lock it. All in all, the overall experience was enjoyable 👍
