房东回复很快，出租车司机联系后很方便找到住处，门口有客服接待，很漂亮的海景房，6个人住的很舒服，地理位置优越，周边吃，购物都方便。

The location, the property itself and how clean it was and also that it was well equipped. Also the owner treatment was very respectful.

İn der Wohnung war alles kaputt alles was ich angefasst habe Kamm mir entgegen,ich war mit Zwei Baby es war gefährlich, Betten kaputt Fernseher ging nicht,es ist alles aussehen schön aber zum Leben gefährlich. Vorne der Gebäude ist schön Blick leider Hinterhof ist gefährlich Mann muß Hinterhof parken,da sind lauter Kinder die dich nicht in Ruhe lassen,alle wollen Geld.

Thank you to the owner, Mr. Alaa. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. It had a washer and a water heater, which made our stay very convenient. The beachfront view was beautiful and truly enjoyable.

There were several issues with the apartment that affected our stay. There was a loose tile in the living room, which was quite dangerous, especially for children and elderly guests. The kitchen was not properly equipped, lacking sufficient cooking ware and cooking appliances. The Wi-Fi connection was weak at the beginning; however, Mr. Alaa resolved the issue swiftly, which we appreciated. The bathroom door jamb was broken and mouldy, and there was no radiator in the apartment. The lighting was also not very good — even with all the lights turned on, the rooms remained dim. Additionally, there were no 3-pin sockets, which was inconvenient, as we had to purchase adapters for our chargers. There was no water dispenser, none of the bins were lined, and no shampoo or body soap was provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in Miramar. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent. SEA VIEW ❤️.
