No hassles checking in or out

Just a fan would make the place much more cooler at night

This place was absolutely amazing and it’s feels like your at home and security level 100%

It was convenient, close by easy to access.

Would have loved more trash bags so that we can put all the dirt so we can clean after ourselves.

When we got to check in at 14:00, the cleaning lady was still busy cleaning. Beds not made. The apartment had a weird disgusting smell. Toilet had low pressure. No hot water and we had to shower with cold water.

The disgusting smell as you enter Dirty floors in the bathroom Rude host who seemed to be doing us a favour if we make any requests.

The rooms not having aircorn the line at the lagoon just to collect tags to swing time was not on our side as the check is at 2 and already the kids want to swim so chairs to sit while wait to get tags no space inside the lagoon cause of the delay tags should already be in our rooms since we only allowed to check in at 2
