• Southwing area is exclusive for southwing checked-in guest only. Day use waterpark guests are not allowed. • Maximum of 2 excess people allowed per room with charge upon check-in or arrival not including the bed and breakfast. • Visitors are only allowed to stay for 20 minutes and required to surrender 1 valid ID each upon entering the facility. In excess to the allowable time, corresponding charges will apply. • All our rooms are nonsmoking rooms. Smoking inside the room will be charge 1,000 pesos. • 1,000 pesos incidental cash deposit each room is required upon check-in, to be refunded upon check-out if there’s no damage in the room. • Kids 1 year and above are included in the head count per room. • Free breakfast is plated and only good for 2. • Restaurant service charge is applied for every room service. • Kids below 4ft. are prohibited to use the waterpark adult pool. • Bringing of outside foods and drinks are allowed but we have a corkage fee for Lechon baboy, lechon belly, alcoholic beverages and ice cream cart. • Bringing of Pets, Cooking devices, speakers, sea shells, crabs and shrimps are prohibited.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. The was good

I had worst hotel experience ever. Since I arrive to this property the front desk keep repeating if any missing towels i will be charged 1000php and if any missing items i will be charged i didn't mind i though it's there way to checkin and once i enter the rooms the bell boy he tells the same keep repeating of towels missing i will be charged if anything missing or broken items i will be charged it's like I'm going to steal from them. The staff keep bothering me and they are charging me for everything even to my guest to visit me they are charging 300 to 600 php . It's like im in prison I wil be checked everytime I enter my room . They charge me tax for bringing drinks and food for my self . And if I have visitors the front desk will ask original ID and they will hold it not only that they will threaten to be charged 600php if they stay more than 30 minutes in my room. I pay almost 10,000 php to stay in this property I booked 2 rooms because i have big family and they treat me like prisoner . It's the worst place I ever booked and hope this massage will be heard.

We loved the pool and the MO2 Bar next door was fantastic. Great value for money! Wonderful staff - the Filipinos are beautiful people!

The Air Con was very noisy. We probably should have looked into the location a bit further before booking.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not a hotel. It is a leisure centre for kids. The room was dirty including the bathroom. The bedsheets had stains on it when I arrived. The breakfast was horrible (rice was cold, beef was rock hard and very salty, drinks were horrendous). There were plates outside our room (not belonging to us) and they weren’t picked up for 2 days. They charged us to deliver to your room. We visited the bar/restaurant beside it which the same owners own and there was at least 5 rats near the water area. It was one of the worst places I have stayed by far. I was told one pool was for adults only and when I looked, there were 10 kids in the pool. Please don’t waste your money here.

"Nice place to stay, especially if you had children to enjoy the waterpark."

The room was spacious. The pool was relaxing.

It was quite noisy being located by a restaurant that played live music each night and they have a water park onsite. If you enjoy those things, it would be a great place to stay.
