Key code not supplied. Fortunately, the caretaker saw my wife hanging around outside with the luggage whilst I was trying to find out how to get in. She then telephoned the owner and was then able to admit us and give us the keys. In the flat there was no information sheet regarding how to connect to the internet or operate the television, or washing machine. Also no information regarding shops, restaurants or local amenities. There was only 1 toilet roll provided which is not enough for 2 people for 5 days. Contact with the owner was difficult. A safe would also be useful. Despite only being 2 people the sofa bed in the lounge was also made up. Not comfortable for sitting.

The apartment was large, with a big terrace, good facilities, close to the shop and the metro.

Incredibly dusty! I couldn't sleep - the sofa bed was so dirty and dusty that my nose was completely blocked. There was a bottle and crumbs left by the previous people. Hungers in the wardrobe were dusty, too. Also, the lock in the outside gate was broken, we repetitively couldn't get in- the owner was not helpful, didn't bother to answer my messages, and never apologised for the inconvenience, never checked if we were Ok. My children were so stressed standing outside for 20 minutes atvnight, when I struggled with the gate. The owner is not polite or helpful. Avoid if you have asthma or egzma.
