Cloisters Walk with parking

The location was excellent

The shower was blocked and kept flooding the bathroom which limited our showers. The ironing board could not be collapsed. The floors in rooms and bathroom were not that clean and the shower basin had human hair in it.

Excellent location. Central but very quiet. Highly recommended. Parking facilities excellent.

It was convenient, clean and met my requirements

There was little I would change

The checking in process: they sent a video showing exact process. Really good organisation. Location, you can see the walls when you walk out the front door and it’s very close to the cathedral. Spacious and comfortable, good kitchen. We were 4 adults.

Nothing, but note it doesn’t have a lift.

The sound insulation is too poor

Good communication in advance, very clear instructions

Clean and cosy flat with everything we needed for a few days.

The only issue was the gate to the car park wouldn’t open which meant we were delayed leaving.

Great location close to city monkgate. Apartment nicely decorated and clean.

Nothing really, some little bits but nothing at all.major thay spoiled our stay.
